These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shtello Connect, an AI voice, chat, and SEO service operated by Shtello Co ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using our service you agree to these Terms.
Shtello Connect is offered on monthly subscription plans (Core, Pro, and Scale). Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout and renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Scale plan pricing is determined at the time of your custom quote and may differ from published list prices.
In addition to your monthly plan fee, AI call minutes are billed separately based on actual usage at the per-minute rate disclosed during checkout. Usage charges are invoiced at the end of each billing cycle.
⚠ We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (by email) before implementing any increase to your monthly plan rate at renewal. You may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
Some plans include a one-time onboarding and setup fee. Setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of AI configuration, voice scripting, phone number provisioning, and account preparation that begins immediately upon purchase.
Monthly subscription fees paid for a given billing cycle are non-refundable after the cycle has begun. If you cancel, your service continues through the end of your current paid period.
Core and Pro plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period with no additional charges.
Scale plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, Scale plans become month-to-month and may be cancelled with no penalty.

Shtello Connect records AI-handled calls for purposes including quality assurance, AI training, transcription, and service improvement. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to this recording. To comply with state all-party-consent laws (including California, Florida, and Illinois), the AI announces at the start of each call that the call may be recorded. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with any additional recording consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
⚠ Important — state recording laws: Some states (including California, Florida, and Illinois) require the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Shtello Connect complies with applicable recording consent laws in your state and jurisdiction. We recommend configuring your AI agent to include a recording disclosure at the start of each call (e.g., "This call may be recorded."). We can assist with this during onboarding.
We retain all rights to the Shtello Connect platform, AI models, and underlying software. You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and content you provide to configure your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shtello Co's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you or your customers receive text messages through Shtello Connect, those messages are also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Shtello Connect provides AI-powered call handling and appointment scheduling. We do not store, process, or transmit protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. If you operate a dental practice, medical spa, or other healthcare-adjacent business, you remain solely responsible for HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, and applicable state healthcare marketing regulations. Nothing in these Terms creates a Business Associate Agreement (BAA); if your operations require a BAA, please contact us before subscribing.
