Shtello Connect ("we," "us," or "our"), a Shtello Co service, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to shtelloconnect.com and our messaging (SMS/text) program.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, business name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing/billing address — when you request a demo, purchase a plan, opt in to text messages, or contact us. We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address and device/browser type) when you use our website, and the content of messages and interactions with our service.

We use your information to provide and operate the service, communicate with you (including account, setup, support, billing, and service text messages you have opted into), process payments, respond to requests, improve our products, and meet legal and carrier-compliance obligations.

3. Text messaging & mobile data

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in — will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing, messaging delivery, and hosting), and only as needed to provide the service; with your consent; or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Any providers we use are bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your choices

You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing legal@shtelloconnect.com.

7. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
