In the fast-growing DFW metro, speed-to-answer decides who earns the new customer. Callers across Dallas dial from area codes 214, 469, 972, and in a metro of 1.3M people, the salon that answers first books the job. An empty chair is lost revenue you can't get back — every booked call keeps it full.
Common ways calls slip through the cracks at a Dallas salon:
- Stylists are with clients, not on the phone
- DMs and calls after hours go unanswered
- No-shows on booked chairs
What your AI receptionist does for a Dallas salon
- Books cuts, color, and spa services with the right stylist
