In the fast-growing DFW metro, speed-to-answer decides who earns the new customer. Callers across Dallas dial from area codes 214, 469, 972, and in a metro of 1.3M people, the HVAC company that answers first books the job. A single HVAC install runs into the thousands — one missed emergency call is a job handed to a competitor.
Common ways calls slip through the cracks at a Dallas HVAC company:
- Techs are on rooftops, not answering phones
- No-heat calls at 9pm go to a competitor
- Summer/winter surges overwhelm the office
